Sid and his coworker were fast, efficient, very nice and friendly. He was concerned about the amount of creosote in the chimney, and for safety reasons would not install the damper until the chimney was inspected. I really appreciate a company caring more about safety than making money. This is the third time I've had representatives from your company come here.
